Penn Systems Group can provide the right micrographic or electronic optical imaging equipment to fit your needs or provide the conversion services at our facility in Pittsburgh. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company BackgroundPenn Systems Group, a division of Record Systems, Inc. was formed as a corporation in March 1973 in Pittsburgh, PA, as the result of the Remington Rand Office Systems Division of Sperry Rand terminating the direct marketing operations in North America. The company was formed and incorporated under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, with corporate offices located in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. In December 1985 the corporate offices were relocated to a new building built and owned by the corporation's officers at 2275 Swallow Hill Road, Building 1100, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company StructureThe corporation is divided into three distinct divisions -- the filing/material handling/furniture systems and equipment division, the microfilm, optical disk/CD-ROM services and equipment division, and the technical services division. Penn Systems Group, Inc. is a corporation that specializes in document management systems including hard copy systems, micrographic systems, and optical disk technologies. The majority of the company's business is through hard copy document management systems. The company's primary marketing approach is individual sales responsibility for vertical markets such as medical, insurance, financial, and government. Penn Systems Group intends to provide the highest quality of products and services, thus developing a long term relationship with the client. The sales geography in which the company conducts business is the Western half of Pennsylvania and the Northern half of West Virginia.
The company is an active member of the International Systems Dealers Association (ISDA) and encourages support and participation with its vendors and members.
